Hey! Thanks for stopping by. People say when they get to know me that I'm an open book. But as much as I like to meet new people and talk, I am on the inside, very shy. God made me that way. He gave me the desire to meet people and then didn't tell me what to say when I do! So I do a lot of praying.

My rule is, "did they feel better when I left, than they did when I arrived". That is such a crucial point in dealing with your customers. You are right, why would they want to buy? They have to get something from you or your products to entice them to purchase. I was told this morning by a dear friend, after they asked me how old I was, that I looked to be in my late fortys early fiftys. Can you believe that??? I was so shocked, since this person has known me for years, even before mk. Keep up the good work, this was a good reminder......
